The construction and real estate industry has borne the brunt of public scrutiny since mid-2008, when the credit crisis struck and all but paralyzed the industry. Very rapidly, independent home contractors of residential homes and condo homes, as well as builders and small business owners in the construction and real estate industry found themselves out of work.
However, with the advent of the Obama administration and various economic and banking reforms, slowly but surely, the construction and real estate industry has begun to rebuild itself since 2009. Gradually, small business owners are jostling to get back into the business of construction and real estate for residential homes, condo homes, builders homes and agent homes.
